This Manual specifies requirements for the quality management system of Eagles Security Services Limited in order that it may demonstrate its capability to provide conforming products and services. The requirements are aimed at achieving customer satisfaction by meeting requirements through applying the management system, continually improving it, and by avoiding nonconformity.
The manual is applicable to the operations of Eagles Security Services Limited for the security officer activities of Security Guarding Services.
Polices such as Health and Safety, Equal Opportunities, Environmental and Data Protection are all included in the Manual. There are also a full range of procedures, covering Non-Conformance, Process Control, Customer Property and Disciplinary Procedure to name but a few.

Monitors and measure the effectiveness of our business processes and company objectives through our Management Reviews and Internal Audit Processes
Monitor customer satisfaction and set objectives for continuous improvement
Analyse the causes of any complaint and take appropriate action to prevent recurrence
Ensures the availability and competence of the support resources for the core processes
