Eagles Security Services Limited utilises a Quality Manual in order to fully document Company Polices and Procedures.

 
The Manual describes the Company's dedication to Quality and the processes used in order to fully maintain Quality Assurance.

This Manual specifies requirements for the quality management system of Eagles Security Services Limited in order that it may demonstrate its capability to provide conforming products and services. The requirements are aimed at achieving customer satisfaction by meeting requirements through applying the management system, continually improving it, and by avoiding nonconformity.

The manual is applicable to the operations of Eagles Security Services Limited for the security officer activities of Security Guarding Services.

Polices such as Health and Safety, Equal Opportunities, Environmental and Data Protection are all included in the Manual. There are also a full range of procedures, covering Non-Conformance, Process Control, Customer Property and Disciplinary Procedure to name but a few.

 Quality Policy Statement

 It is the objective of Eagles Security Services Limited to satisfy the quality and delivery requirements of our customers at competitive prices. We will measure our performance in meeting customers’ requirements and work with them to continually improve the service that we provide.

 In order to achieve this objective, Eagles Security Services Limited maintains an effective and efficient Quality Management System based upon the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.

In particular, the management :

Monitors and measure the effectiveness of our business processes and  company objectives  through our Management Reviews and Internal Audit Processes

Monitor customer satisfaction and set objectives for continuous improvement

Analyse the causes of any complaint and take appropriate action to prevent recurrence

Ensures the availability and competence of the support resources for the core processes

Ensures that the company provides its services to all clients equally, without discrimination on the basis of colour, race, nationality, ethnic or national origin

Ensures that employees and all applicants for positions within the organisation are not subjected to discrimination on the basis of their race, colour, nationality, ethnic origin, religious beliefs, social class, disability, marital status, age, family situation, gender or sexual orientation.

Provide the necessary work environment to ensure the well being of our employees and visitors

Encourage all employees to identify problems and make suggestions to improve all aspects of our working practices. These will be considered by senior management and appropriate actions taken and communicated

Ensure that all employees are aware of our Quality Policy and committed to the effective  implementation of  our Quality Management System

Ensure that the company complies with all necessary regulatory and legal requirements

The achievement of our quality objectives and continuous improvement is fundamental to all activities carried out within our company and is practised by all employees as an integral part of their daily work
